NONA 14

These pens were created by London Pen Co. located in London Canada. Established in 2018, London Pen Co.(LPC) was the continuation of Sean's pen journey started over 20 years ago. Pens got me into turning and its been a life long love affair. Some turners get sick of making pens but I never did. The endless combination of kits and materials has kept me fascinated for years. Materials are what excite me and the “kit-less” pen was the perfect way to continue to explore all the incredible materials available.

I always wanted to make a fully facetted pen. The Nona 14 is my first fully facetted pen. Nonagon is a 9 sided polygon. Well more than double the work of a regular round pen but well worth the effort in the end. The facets are equal and the cap and body have pleasant curves. Straight sides would have been easier but not as pleasing to the eye or the hand. The Section is similar in size and curve to the Christopher 14.

All measurements are approximate as each pen takes a different level l of finishing which can slightly alter dimensions.
